There are no dust kitties under any of the furniture.
There is nothing in any of the dishracks.
All the toys are in their proper bins.
There are no little fingerprints on the walls or doorframes.
There are clean sheets on all of the beds.
All of the laundry is done, folded, and put away.
All the closets are clean and organized.
So far as I know, there is not one dirty tissue hiding anywhere it shouldn't.
It hasn't happened since erev Pesach 2006. Who knows when it will happen again?
But for one... beautiful... moment...
My house is clean.

I...don't understand. Did you send Barak and Iyyar (and YHH) away for the weekend or something? NOTHING stays clean here, and I don't even have toddlers yet!
(On the other hand, I'm not the best housekeeper....)
This post deserves an AMEN. And it should happen to me.
Wow! Are you bored now? Want to come clean my house? I dream of a clean house. I think it was mostly clean right before the movers dumped 17 million and 1 boxes here 3 and a half years ago. Mostly, because the people moving out left a few items here and there. We've been close, but never to the extent you just described. And we moved with a ton of clutter that was easier to move than go through and dispose of.
